All clients have my direct number and email address, so you won't be shuffled off to a paralegal when you need your attorney.  My legal experience is backed up by extensive sales and customer service experience with two of the largest forest products companies in the the world. This work taught me how to assess a client's particular needs and goals, develop solutions, negotiate with difficult parties, and to make persuasive presentations before decision-makers.
