I have concentrated my law practice on helping individuals and families who have suffered injuries, death and other losses because of the carelessness of others.  My practice has taken me to almost every county in Wisconsin and I have served as co-counsel to attorneys in other states who have requested my assistance on behalf of their clients.  While most of my work is in the trial courts of Wisconsin, I have had the honor of representing my clients on appeals in the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the United States 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.  I have written many "Friend of the Court" briefs for the Wisconsin Association of Justice on a variety of issues affecting Wisconsin consumers.

I am honored to practice law with my son, Michael.  Mary Jane and I have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.  We enjoy golf and tennis together, but my particular passion is cycling.
