My practice is concentrated in general business law with major emphases on complex real estate and finance transactions; commercial, office, retail and industrial leasing law; administrative law, including permitting and zoning; commercial, industrial and resort development (including development of retirement and senior living centers); 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions; title insurance law; and representation of lenders in connection with making and restructuring loans, negotiating workouts and enforcing creditors' rights.
