Before joining the Carter Mario Law Firm, Attorney Piatkowski handled insurance defense work for twenty years, which gave him insider knowledge of the tactics insurance companies use to minimize compensation. He is also experienced in commercial law and personal injury law.

Before earning his JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law, Attorney Piatkowski completed his undergraduate studies in English at Georgetown University. He returned to his home state of Connecticut after completing his studies and built his legal career, earning recognition by Super Lawyers and membership in the Connecticut Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the District of Connecticut.

When he’s not advocating for his clients, you can find Attorney Piatkowski spending time with his wife and two kids, watching sports, or listening to heavy metal music with his pet rabbit and bearded dragon.
