My practice focuses on transactional matters including commercial real estate, business formation, corporate law, and estate planning and probate. I have represented owners, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, purchasers, and sellers, which has provided me with insight into each facet of a real estate transaction. In addition to commercial real estate, I advise clients on the importance of estate planning and drafts individualized and efficient estate plans that detail a client's wishes as well counsel and advise clients on the applicable probate procedure following the death of a loved one.

Outside of work I am  an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Asian American Bar Association, Dallas Women Lawyers Association. I also serve as a mentor to young attorneys through the STEER Program and the Women’s Mentoring Circles.
