In particular, I work with many small and family-owned construction subcontractors who enter large contracts with much larger general contractors and developers, and who often find themselves de-prioritized for payment.

When business relationships go south, I'm here to step in and help achieve a resolution that helps clients move upward and onward -- usually through negotiation, mediation, and a last resort, litigation. But my  goal is to maintain long-term relationships with my clients, supporting them along the way to make sure disputes are unlikely to happen at all.
