Malin Stearns Johnson specializes in mediation, investigation, and consultation on employment and civil rights laws. 

After graduating from the University of Montana School of Law in 2004, Malin worked as a law clerk for Judge Sidney Thomas of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Malin holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Notre Dame. Malin has been an adjunct lecturer at the University of Montana School of Law since 2012, where she has taught various courses, including Employment Law, Legal Writing,Trial Practice, and Civil Procedure.

Malin provides mediation, training, and investigation services to individuals and organizations, and specializes in resolving complex disputes.

Malin is AV-Rated (preeminent) in the Martindale-Hubbell law directory, and has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Mountain States Super Lawyers.
