Mallory Beaton Earley certainly knows her way around Birmingham, Alabama. After growing up in the Magic City, Mrs. Earley graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Psychology from Samford University. Following her undergraduate studies, she completed her legal education by graduating from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law.

Mrs. Earley has devoted her legal career to representing individuals who are facing legal issues which impact the family, including divorce, child custody, and child support. Mrs. Earley is a tenacious advocate for her client’s interests, with an unyielding work ethic to place her clients in the best possible position to obtain a favorable outcome on their legal matter.

Mrs. Earley has received focused training in the area of Family Law through the American Bar Association at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She has also been selected and appeared as a Featured Attorney in the area of Family Law for WBRC Fox 6’s weekly call-in television show, LawCall.
