Malone brings invaluable insight to family law matters, which frequently involve complex financial and business issues. At Resurgens Legal Counsel, Malone assists clients with a full range of family law issues, including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, custody issues, child support, alimony, contempt, paternity, and legitimation.

Malone attended Emory University School of Law, where he received Dean’s List honors and represented Emory at the Jessup International Law and the New York City Bar Association’s National Moot Court competitions. During law school, he served as an intern for the Honorable Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in political science and speech communication.

Malone has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
