I have been an attorney at Rad Law Firm since 2007. Unlike many attorneys, I believe trial preparation begins before a lawsuit is filed. I am fluent in Spanish and grew up in Brownsville, Texas. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from University of Texas San Antonio and my J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. I received my LLM in Law and Economics from the University of Compultense in Madrid, Spain. Since graduating, I have focused my practice on serious injury and wrongful death cases related to trucking and auto accidents.

I am licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. I am a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association. I am also a past chair in the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association.
