I have practiced law in Utah since 1998, licensed as both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I have a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University, and graduated magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU.

Our firm specializes in probate, estate & trust settlement, estate planning, tax planning, and business & corporate law. I worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PWC), a Big Four accounting firm, in Salt Lake City prior to beginning my law practice. I was named by Utah Business Magazine as one of Utah’s Legal Elite Lawyers in the area of Wills, Trusts & Estates. I currently serve as the chairman of the Utah County Estate Planners Roundtable.
