Marc D. Youngelson graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Youngelson was Of Counsel to Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and was associated with Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP and with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
