In December of  2004, Marc co-Founded World Wide Land Transfer, Inc. I have served as Principal and President of the company since. WWLT is a national title insurance, escrow and settlement company recognized as a leader in servicing both high volume lenders in refinance transactions while maintaining localized experience and professionalism to service residential purchase transactions.  The company also has a large practice in complex commercial real estate transactions, ranging from large scale development projects, mezzanine financing and facilitating in the acquisition of multi state multifamily property portfolios.   

I graduated from The University of Maryland majoring in both Political Science and Business Administration in 1999. Later I graduated from The Widener University School of Law, cum laude with a certificate in Corporate Finance and an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Although most of my day is focused on running the title operations I do handle general real estate matters, quiet title actions and the representation of buyers in real estate acquisitions.
