Marc Jaffe has recently joined Carroll & Karagelian LLP in an of Counsel position. His principal areas of practice are (i) estate planning and probate, (ii) real estate and (iii) businesses and contracts. For many years, Marc has assisted individuals and families with estate planning, wills and trusts. Businesses, business owners and their families have sought his advice about their business, business succession and the sale of the business. Marc has also represented individuals and entities in sales, purchases, leases and other transactions involving residential and commercial real estate. Marc received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law (J. D. cum laude) where he served as an editor of the Law Review. Marc later received a second degree - Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation - also from Villanova University School of Law, enabling him to better advise clients in the areas of Federal Estate Tax and Federal Gift Tax. His undergraduate degree is from Temple University (B.A. cum laude). Marc is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Marc teaches courses about estate planning and real estate in the community education and Elder Week programs at Delaware County Community College.
