Biography
Marc T. Miller is based in NPM's New Haven office and also serves clients in the Fairfield and Hartford offices. He represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex litigation matters. His recent cases have included construction litigation, contract disputes, business torts, employment disputes, real property litigation, foreclosures, and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Miller has significant litigation and appellate experience, as well as considerable experience representing both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the American, New York, Connecticut, Fairfield County and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Susan Peck.
Mr. Miller earned his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy in 2006 from Skidmore College. He earned his J.D. in 2009 from the University of Connecticut School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Miller was the Administrative Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal.
Mr. Miller is a native Vermonter, but now resides in Woodbridge with his wife and beagle.
