I have been an attorney for 20 years.  I practice primarily Family and Family-Based Immigration.  This includes Divorces, Custody, Child Support, Enforcement, CPS.   On the Family-Based immigration, working with immigrants and their families to try to help them get their documents in order.   I generally consider myself or would like to be your families' attorney, which also includes issues with Drafting Wills and probate. 

I am the mother of three and married for 23 years.  I attended the University of Houston for my undergraduate and Graduate/ Doctor of Jurisprudence Degrees.  Go Coogs!!

My parents are from Colombia and I am blessed to be fluent in both English and Spanish.  

I am driven as an attorney to try to help people, my clients, find a solution to their legal problem.  I believe in kindness, respect, and try very hard to explain things to my clients in the best way so they can make the best decision possible for their family.  I am an Attorney and Counselor at law and will guide in both.  Ultimately what we do, is your decision, and how we do it is my decision; but all to help you reach your end goals.
