Marcia Binder Ibrahim, Esq. earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1979. She is the founding member and senior attorney of the Law Office of Marcia Binder Ibrahim, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2011. Ms. Ibrahim primarily practices in the areas immigration, family, criminal, and general practice law. She has over thirty years experience and has handled the most complex immigration and family law cases. She is the chairperson of the Montgomery Bar Association Immigration Committee and has served on the Family Law Committee for many years. Additionally, Ms. Ibrahim is a 27 year member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Previously she has served on the Montgomery County Bar Association Board of Directors and as editor of the Montgomery County General Practice Manual. She has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the State of New Jersey and Eastern District of PA, the Second and Third Circuit Courts, and the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Ms. Ibrahim has traveled abroad extensively and previously lived in Saudi Arabia for 2 years.
