Marcus Nahon was a Founding Member and Senior Partner of Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz and is now serving as Of-Counsel. He is engaged in a civil trial practice with emphasis in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death, and workers' compensation. In the past Mr. Nahon has served on several civil legal and charitable committees. He has been a lecturer at seminars and educational affairs and has taught and lectured the paralegal programs at Christian Brother's University and Southwest Tennessee Community College (formerly State Technical Institute of Memphis). Mr. Nahon has also served as a special judge in the civil and criminal divisions of the general sessions courts.

Mr. Nahon is also the Founding Member of the Nahon Law Firm in Nashville ,TN He now serves as Of-Councel.
