Marcy is a skilled intellectual property attorney who is passionate about protecting her clients' trademark and IP rights. Marcy started her career at King & Spalding, where she gained invaluable litigation skills. She then spent over a decade honing her craft at Womble Carlyle in the Intellectual Property Group.

In 2017, Marcy followed her entrepreneurial dreams and founded Vivid IP. Marcy primarily focuses on trademark disputes and litigation, U.S. and international trademark clearance and registration, and copyright counseling and litigation. Clients rely on Marcy for her tenacious representation and relentless pursuit of optimial legal resolutions.

Outside of practicing law, Marcy plays ALTA tennis and enjoys hiking, skiing, fashion, and networking. She is always on the go where you can find her on the baseball, soccer, and football fields cheering on her three sons.
