Margaret Miller, Managing Immigration Attorney at the firm, has dedicated over three decades to immigration law. She graduated from U.C. Davis School of Law in 1989 with Order of the Coif honors, ranking in the top 10% of her class, and was admitted to the California State Bar the same year. Before law school, she earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco. She adjudicated thousands of asylum cases across multiple states, including complex claims involving political and religious persecution, gender-based violence, and LGBTQ+ asylum seekers. With extensive knowledge of the asylum process, she provides clients with strategic representation and a deep understanding of how immigration authorities evaluate claims. She has also shared her skills through lectures at Santa Clara University School of Law and is preparing an upcoming presentation for U.C. Davis School of Law.
