In 2008, I left my family firm to pursue my own direction.  Ultimately, leaving the nest allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.  My practice focuses on family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal law.

My focus when representing clients is on the whole person.  Sure, I want my client to "win", but I want them to know what "winning" means to them before we push through  litigation.  The case is not about me, but about them, and what will make them happy in the long run.  My client and I will discuss their legal future, the potential outcomes, and decide together what is the best course of action.  I will tell them the truth, which is sometimes very hard for my clients to hear, but necessary if the client wants to limit legal expenses.
