Maria Jose has acted as closing and escrow agent for over 200 residential, commercial and business acquisition transactions in the South Florida area.

Additionally, Maria Jose negotiates complex business transactions and drafts a broad array of corporate agreements throughout various industries. Her entrepreneurial background has allowed her to provide unique insight to numerous corporations, with the understanding of the constant change inherent in the stages of a corporation’s growth and development.
