Maria Milano has a twenty-year track record of fighting for the rights of her personal injury and family law clients. She is especially experienced in cases involving collisions, wrongful deaths, slip and falls, DUI, divorce, separations, child custody, child support, adoption, guardianship, and paternity.

Most of the time, Maria can negotiate a very favorable resolution without a trial. But if necessary, she is a skilled litigator who is always ready for a courtroom showdown.

Prior to going into private practice, Maria clerked for a local senior family court judge. There she witnessed firsthand how judges decide their cases and which advocacy styles are the most effective. She now uses that insider knowledge for her clients' benefit.

Maria is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Nevada Supreme Court, and all Nevada State Courts. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Nevada and is a member of the Clark County Bar Association.

Maria was born and raised in Clinton, New York. She received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A. from Utica College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Maria parla fluentemente l'italiano.
