I was called to practice law after seeing how children with special needs (and other people with disabilities) were sometimes mistreated (and their rights ignored) because they couldn't fight for themselves.  I am the parent of a child with special needs, so my work is very personal to me.  Practicing in the Elder Law area includes Special Needs Law, and I am passionate about fighting for and protecting the rights of  my elder and special needs clients.  My goal is to never turn a client away for their inability to pay, so I work with my clients to find creative solutions to solve their problems - even when that problem involves paying my fee.  I use payment plans, non-profit organization contributions, and even some pro-bono to insure my clients are served.
