Mario D. Breedlove is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He received his B.A, magna cum laude, from the historic Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.  Mario received his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Society and the Black Law Students Association.

Following law school, Mario worked for several years as a commercial and tort litigation associate in the Atlanta office of Troutman Sanders LLP.  In January 2008, Mario founded the Breedlove Law Firm, a civil litigation boutique focused on business and real estate litigation, personal and catastrophic injury, employment matters and family law.

Mario is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Gate City Bar and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys.  Among other organizations, Mario also volunteers and contributes to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Atlanta, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee and the Truancy Intervention Project.
