Dear Reader,

I believe that my clients deserve the very best service possible.  Because of that, I limit my practice to estate planning related issues including Elder Law, Asset Protection, and Family Wealth Transfers.  Typically this involves designing appropriate wills, trusts, and business organizations.

My practice also includes Special Needs Planning which is dear to my heart.  I have a daughter who has special needs.  Though she will most likely create additional responsibility for my wife and I for the rest of our lives, we feel very blessed to have her in our family.

Limiting my practice area helps me make sure that I can stay on top of what is going on in my area.  While others offer "competent" legal counsel, my aim is to offer exceptional counsel.
