His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, business torts, corporate disputes, real property disputes, intellectual property, and local government issues. He is experienced in litigating in federal and state trial and appellate courts, bankruptcy court, arbitration proceedings, administrative and regulatory proceedings, and appearing before local government bodies. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
