I am a pro-business attorney.  I work for my client to meet their needs, not my own.  Therefore, I strive to inform my clients of the legal issues and options available to them in each stage of the deal.  But, I realize that it is really their business (or opportunity) not mine. They make the final informed decisions rather than me.  In that way, my client is most comfortable with the results.

I strive to ethically represent my client's best interests in all ways and at all times.  Therefore, while giving them the best legal representation that I can provide, I also try to identify: 1) non-legal issues that they may also need to consider; and 2) specialized professionals who they may also need to consult in order to be fully informed about the impact of their plans. I understand that there are often other professionals who are better equipped to meet my client's complete needs and encourage their participation.
