I began practicing law in 1973 and still love it. I began as a public defender, and then went into private practice. My goa was to even the playing field for ordinary people to take on Big Industry. I have been able to focus my attention and practice on serious injury cases involving spinal cord injuries, paralysis, death, brain injury and loss of a limb. I have tried many, many cases to verdict. We have and continue to litiagate against large sorporations such as EXXON, AVON, GM, Honda, Goodyear, Yamaha, Pfizer and many other global businesses. We have the economic reources to stand toe to toe against the giants. We also handle selected medical malpractice actions. 

I have been fortunate to receive peer recognition. i have been consistently raned in the top 10 lawyers in the state by my peers as a Super Lawyer, a Best Lawyer in America, and by being invited to become a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, an honor reserved for 1% of the lawyers in America. This is an organization made up of industry and insurance lawyers as well as plaintiff lawyers like myself.
