Simply put, I help inventors get patents.  From initial consultation to application preparation and prosecution with the USPTO, my goal is to help clients obtain meaningful patent protection in a cost-effective manner.  My firm (Reichel Stohry LLP, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, and with an attorney in Austin, Texas) addresses virutally all intellectual property matters as well as related business formation and operation matters.  I am new to Avvo, and look forward to seeing how my firm can be of help to you.

I maintain an active bar license in the state of Indiana where I live and practice law.  I have not maintained my active bar licenses in New York or New Jersey, which are currently inactive or lapsed.
