Mark Link graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and attended law school at the University of Georgia.  Mr. Link is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Alabama and Florida as well as all the Federal District Courts in the State of Georgia. Mark Link authors two legal treatises, Georgia Law of Damages and Punitive Damages in Georgia.

He has also co-authored select articles for the plaintiffs’ bar including, “Punitive Damage Trial Preparation.” Mr. Link has been a guest speaker for various seminars for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and the National Business Institute (NBI).  Mr. Link has narrowed his practice to cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims. Mr. Link has successfully litigated personal injury and wrongful death claims involving trucking cases, products liability and automobile safety claims and municipal liability.
