Mark is a licensed attorney admitted to the North Carolina State Bar, South Carolina State Bar, and the United States District Courts in the Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina. Mark is also admitted to practice before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. 

Mark is originally from Lewisville, NC. He attended West Forsyth High School and graduated in 2003. Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2007. Mark received his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University in 2011. In his free time, he loves photography, playing ultimate frisbee, traveling, playing bass guitar, and learning foreign languages.
