Mark is a corporate lawyer with a broad-based practice that includes mergers & acquisitions, equity financings, fund formation, strategic partnerships, licensing, and almost any other kind of commercial transaction. He acts as outsourced general counsel for many of his clients.

Mark believes that all problems are solvable. He understands the importance of listening closely to the needs of his client and the other parties to any business transaction.  From there, Mark is extremely adept at employing the appropriate strategies and tactics necessary to ensure that profits are maximized, risks are minimized, and deals are closed on time and in compliance with law.  Integrity and service are Mark’s highest values.  Mark has a policy of returning telephone calls and e-mails on a same-day basis.   

He lives with his wife and three children in their Colonial Revival home in the historic West Adams neighborhood. In his free time, Mark enjoys yoga, travel, and spiritual seeking.
