Mark, who is the vice chair of the labor and employment department at Pullman & Comley, has provided legal counsel to Connecticut municipalities and school boards, other public sector clients, and private sector clients for more than 27 years.  His extensive experience with these clients includes labor, employment, education, civil rights, special education, municipal law, construction law, tort matters, and assorted other litigation in the state and federal courts on both the trial and appellate court levels, as well as before various state and federal agencies.  Mark is the author of "Understanding Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act"​ (Fifth Edition, 2018), which is published by Pullman & Comley and the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education (CABE). In addition, Mark writes frequently for his firms "Working Together"​ and "Education Law Notes" blogs.
