Mark Nelson is a founding partner at Nelson, Taylor & Associates, a Salt Lake City-based law firm that provides comprehensive representation for matters involving family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal defense. With over 20 years of legal experience, Attorney Nelson is well-versed in all aspects of divorce, child custody, alimony, guardianships, conservatorships, criminal law, estate administration, and more. Attorney Nelson graduated from Seattle University School of Law, cum laude, and was admitted to Utah state courts and federal courts in 1998. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2002. Currently, he is an active member of the Family Law and Probate and Estate Planning sections of the Utah State Bar and the American Bar Association. In his free time, Attorney Nelson enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending Utah Jazz games, and being outdoors.
