Earlier in his career, Mark served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State Attorney General’s Office, and as General Counsel for privately held corporations and LLC’s.

​Mark obtained his undergraduate degree (B.A.) at Wayne State University, and his professional degree (J.D.) at University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in Detroit, Michigan. Thereafter, he was engaged in a Clerkship for the Michigan Court of Appeals performing research and the drafting of opinions for the Court.
