Mark has extensive experience handling various aspects of commercial litigation, including shareholder, fiduciary and business tort litigation; probate litigation; UCC contract disputes and non-medical professional malpractice matters. Mark is experienced in addressing potential claims from development through discovery, mediation, trial and appeal.

Mark is a graduate of a global top 15 (University of Toronto, B.S.) and U.S. top 30 institution (Case Western Reserve University, J.D.). Mark is a member of the Ontario (Canada), Ohio and New York bars.
