Mark S. Roman is a leading Tampa personal injury lawyer and the founding attorney of Roman Austin Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers. Mark founded the firm in 1996 to help injury victims in Tampa Bay rebuild their lives after an accident. Since then, he has led the firm in recovering over $200 million for injury victims in Florida. He heads a team with over 60 years of combined experience in personal injury law.

Always seeking new ways to help his clients, Mark has earned his Board Certification in Civil Trial Law from the Florida Bar. Less than two percent of Florida attorneys are board-certified. Mark obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida in 1981. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1986. An active member of the legal community, Mark has served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for Pinellas County and was recently the Chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee in Pasco County.
