Attorney Mark Smith is a general practitioner with an emphasis on criminal defense law.

Mark was born and raised in Bowling Green, KY. He graduated from Warren Central High School in 1996. Mark is married with an infant daughter and older step-daughter enrolled in the Warren County Public School System. He's a big fan of WKU basketball and football, as well as NASCAR and NHRA motorsports. He enjoys spending time with his family and children. He's also a big financial supporter of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of South Central Kentucky.
