Biography
Mark graduated from Trenton State College, now known as the College of New Jersey, in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. While in college, he also played intercollegiate varsity football. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden in 1990, and was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar that same year. While in law school, Mark served as an intern at the United States Attorneys Office, Civil Division, for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, Mark served as a Judical Law Cerk for the Honorable Herman L. Breitkopf, Assignment Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. Since that time, Mark has represented clients in various types of serious personal injury matters arising out of motor vehicle and premises liability accidents, construction site accidents, as well as medical and nursing home malpratice cases. Mark is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He is a past President of the Middlesex County Bar Association and a member of the exclusive American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious invitation only group of top trial attorneys. Mark has also been selcted as a New Jersey Super Lawyer every year from 1997 to the present. Mark has recovered multiple Milliion dollar settlements and verdicts.
