Mark W. Malzahn has represented victims of automobile accidents for over 30 years, ranging from traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death cases, and other injuries covering the entire spectrum of physical and emotional injury. 

Mr. Malzahn has successfully represented clients in obtaining recoveries against numerous insurance companies and large corporations.  He has been selected as a Super Lawyer for eight (8) consecutive years, and is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association; an exclusive certification maintained by less than 3% of the lawyers in the state of Minnesota. 

He is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Federal District Court, and the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Malzahn is a member of the Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers of Minnesota, the Minnesota and Wisconsin State Bar Associations, and the Minnesota Association for Justice.  Mr. Malzahn also serves as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
