Biography
Attorney Mark W. Eisenberg is the leading lawyer at the Orange County firm, Eisenberg Law Firm, APC. In 1987, Attorney Eisenberg received his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Albany (SUNYA). He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992 from California Western School of Law. Since that time, Mr. Eisenberg has been practicing in Southern California. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, as well as the Northern, Central, and Southern District Courts in California. Attorney Eisenberg maintains a membership with numerous associations including the California State Bar, the Litigation Section of the California State Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and Trial Lawyers of America. Before forming Eisenberg Law Firm, APC, Mr. Eisenberg served as a partner for two of Southern California’s larger defense firms, where he worked for both corporate and insurance company clients. In addition, he has extensive trial experience in both State and Federal Courts.
With over 20 years of experience, Attorney Eisenberg offers clients trusted legal counsel for complex matters such as police brutality and unlawful detention. Unlike other law firms that have paralegals working on their cases, Mr. Eisenberg believes it is his responsibility to handle each aspect of every case he takes on himself. When an individual decides to retain the representation of Attorney Eisenberg, he immediately begins handling all the matters himself, from documentation, to meetings with clients, to litigating in court. At Eisenberg Law Firm, APC, Mr. Eisenberg understands how stressful it can be to have to deal with the abuse or violation of civil rights. He believes that as an American citizen, you are entitled to certain constitutional rights, and he is prepared to do everything in his power to protect those rights.
