Biography
Ms. Ohms' practice is focused on busines and small corporate matters, both transactional and litigation, among other areas. Her experiences includes complex multi-district antitrust class action lawsuits, construction law, creditors rights and appeals. Ms. Ohms previously held NASD Series 7 and NASD Series 63 securities licenses.
Ms. Ohms presently serves as the provisional municipal court judge for Saint Charles County, Missouri.
Ms. Ohms is also active in local government. She presently serves in the elected position of Councilmember on the City Council for Saint Charles, Missouri. She also serves on the City's Planning & Zoning Commission, the Street Committee, the Street Facility Design Task Force, the Citizens with Disabilities Advisory Board, the Special Business District Advisory Committee, and the Economic Development Commission. Previously, Ms. Ohms served as a member and secretary for the City's Board of Adjustment and as a member and vice-president of the City's Parks and Recreation Board.
