I pratice in the area of Trusts and Estates.  My practice includes dynasty trust planning, domestic asset protection trusts, trust reformation, decanting and modification, and contested trust and estate mattters.  I was elected as an ACTEC Fellow and have earned the TEP designation at STEP.  I also represent clients and family offices in setting up public or private trust companies in South Dakota.  Many of my clients are international families or their advisors.  I regularly serve as local counsel for attorneys seeking South Dakota trust situs for their ultra high net worth clients.  Many of my clients are fiduciaries or beneficiaries seeking assistance in court supervised matters or in litigation.
