Ms. Fernandez is an elder law attorney.  Besides her law degree, Ms. Fernandez has a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree of Social work and is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Brigid worked as a Medical Social Worker in a major metropolitan area hospital and pursued her law degree to continue her advocacy for older adults and persons with disabilities.

It is her unique combination of education and experience that makes her a strong advocate for her clients.  She understands the healthcare system and is knowledgeable about the numerous issues faced by persons and families dealing with illness and the long term planning maze. 

Ms. Fernandez is a Certified Elder Law Attorney as certified by the National Elder Law Foundation.*
