I offer creative and efficient resolution of complex disputes and provide tailored advice for avoiding disputes before they arise.

My practice includes complex commercial litigation and employment litigation. I assist and advise individual and institutional clients at the trial and appellate levels, through alternative dispute resolution, and in administrative proceedings. I am a trusted advisor to employers, in-house counsel, and HR managers on compliance with state and federal employment laws, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, non-competes, and wage and hour issues.
