Biography
Mary Kostopoulos is an attorney in Momkus McCluskey LLC’s Business Law Group. Mary works closely with clients to structure, negotiate and implement a wide range of transactions. Mary focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, employment and severance negotiations, and outside general counsel services, including conducting internal legal audits, advising on commercial transactions, and addressing compliance requirements.
