Matan Darey is a licensed attorney, duly admitted by the California State Bar to practice law in the State of California, and by the United States District Court, Southern District of California, to practice law therein.

Matan Darey's academic achievements include graduating from the University of California, Irvine in 2007, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology, Law, & Society, and graduating cum laude from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2012 where he was ranked in the top 30% of his graduating class. Matan Darey received the "Jefferson Medal" and "Witkin Award for Academic Excellence" for outstanding achievement in his studies of Constitutional Law.
