Matthew Taub, an associate attorney at The Taub Law Firm, joined the firm in 2008. Mr. Taub is an alumnus of American University in Washington, D.C., where he received a B.A. in Political Science as well an interdisciplinary major in communications, legal institutions, economics, and government. Mr. Taub is also a graduate of New York Law School in New York, NY, where he served as Notes Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. He is the author of 'A Retort to Tort Reform: The Real Issues Facing Our Tort System,' and 'Teaching Old Lawyers New Tricks? The Prospects and Pitfalls of New York's 'New Rules' for Pre-Trial Depositions.' Mr. Taub is admitted to practice in the Courts of both New York and New Jersey.
