Biography

Matthew Weidinger has successfully resolved thousands of cases on behalf of injured victims. He specializes in Serious Injury Motor Vehicle Accidents, Semi Truck Accidents, Slip and Fall incidents on Dangerous Conditions of Properties, and Insurance Bad Faith.

Prior to co-founding Smith & Weidinger PLLC, Matthew worked for big and small personal injury firms in Denver and Colorado Springs, and has also served as a Deputy District Attorney in Mesa County, Colorado.

Matthew proudly obtained his law degree from Penn State University, and he obtained his bachelor’s education from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. He is licensed in the state and federal courts of Colorado.
